Terms of Services


FixJoomla agrees to provide services for creating websites on CMS Joomla, installing or updating extensions, conducting work on SEO optimization, optimizing download speed or site security on behalf of the Customer in accordance with the Services selected in the "SERVICES" section.

FixJoomla agrees to provide Services to the Customer either within the time specified in the description of the service package, for example, in case of developing a website (see the package “NEW JOOMLA SITE”), or monthly in exchange for a fee in accordance with the cost of the subscription plan (see “ SUBSCRIPTION PLANS ").


Term of agreement

This Agreement shall enter into force and becomes fully accepted by the Customer when the Customer (or representative on behalf of the Customer) agrees to the terms of service and pays for the cost of the package or subscription plan. By providing payment information, the Customer "agrees" with the Terms Services. The term of this Agreement begins on the payment date and continues until the expiration of the specified period or from month to month until one of the parties terminates this Agreement, as indicated below.


Termination of the Agreement

The agreement between FixJoomla and the Customer signed for a fixed period of time (the deadline for the execution of the Service).

For monthly agreements in accordance with subscription plans, the agreement and the monthly fee last up to 30 days after one of the parties provides the other with a notice of intent to terminate the agreement. Service Payment Agreement

Taking into account all the Services that must be performed by FixJoomla, the Customer agrees to pay for FixJoomla services in advance. Regular monthly payments the Customer makes in advance.

Payment for the Services is made by transferring funds for a particular service package (in accordance with the indicated package price), or in the form of a monthly payment for one of the subscription plans through a payment system, which is an external service.


Service Descriptions

Full FixJoomla service descriptions provided for each package in the “SERVICES” section. Descriptions of services may vary depending on the development trends of CMS Joomla, as well as in accordance with the current marketing policy FixJoomla.

Changes to service descriptions do not affect the list and quality of services provided as part of already paid packages or subscription plans.


Service Timing Agreement

Estimated timelines for the performance of services recorded in the descriptions of the packages, but can be changed during discussion with the Customer. The deadlines for the performance of services are fixed after the full coordination of the list of work performed and is reflected in a letter sent to the Customer after payment.


Customer Warranty

FixJoomla guarantees a full (or partial by agreement with the customer) refund to the customer’s card within 14 days from the moment the customer contacted the support service with a reasoned request for a refund.

FixJoomla User Personal Data Protection

All personal data of FixJoomla users (with the exception of data provided at the time of payment, including card number and other data processed directly by the payment system) are stored in a secure database on the FixJoomla server and cannot be transferred to third parties, nor can they be used in any or for purposes other than those listed in the user agreement (see "Agreement on the Terms and conditions").

Protection of personal data during the payment process

When you pay by credit card, payment processing (including entering the card number) takes place on a secure page that has passed international certification.
